Hosting over 200 meetings in various cities, the presidency has successfully addressed pressing global challenges, including climate change, digital transformation, and economic recovery.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, during the closing summit in New Delhi, emphasized India’s role in fostering inclusivity and innovation. "Our presidency was not just about leading discussions but about ensuring actionable outcomes for a sustainable and equitable world," he said.
Key achievements include the establishment of a Global Digital Public Infrastructure (GDPI) framework to bridge the digital divide and the formation of a Climate Resilience Fund to aid vulnerable nations. India also championed the inclusion of the African Union as a permanent member of the G20, marking a historic step toward greater representation for the Global South.
