Man Sucked Into Running Aircraft Engine At Amsterdam Airport, Dies

 Amsterdam, Netherlands: Tragedy struck at Amsterdam's Schiphol airport on Wednesday as a person fell into the spinning turbine blades of a departing passenger jet, resulting in their death. The incident occurred on the apron outside the terminal, just as a KLM flight was preparing to depart for Billund, Denmark.

Dutch flagship carrier KLM confirmed the incident in a statement, expressing sadness over the loss of life. The victim's identity has not been disclosed. The Dutch border police, responsible for airport security, swiftly launched an investigation, leading to the removal of passengers from the aircraft.
