BJP's Mega Roadshow in Hyderabad: Narendra Modi Covers 166 Km Across 24 Constituencies

 The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is gearing up for a colossal 166 km long roadshow in Hyderabad on November 27, featuring none other than Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself. The strategic roadshow is set to cover 24 constituencies in and around the city, marking the final day of election campaigning as per the Model Code of Conduct issued by the Election Commission of India (ECI).

Starting in Musheerabad, the roadshow is slated to traverse through significant constituencies such as Sanathnagar, Secunderabad, Malakpet, Bahadurpura, L B Nagar, Jubilee Hills, and others before concluding in Goshamahal. The BJP has released a carefully curated list of constituencies, aiming to bolster the party's prospects in both Hyderabad and the state of Telangana.

In an enthusiastic address to the public, BJP leaders have emphasized the significance of the Citizenship (Amendment) Act (CAA) and assured citizens that their rights will be protected. The Act, passed by the Parliament in December 2019, aims to grant Indian citizenship to Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists, Jains, Parsis, and Christians from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, and Pakistan, entering India before December 31, 2014.

The party leaders, including Prime Minister Modi, have assured the Matua community that they will receive full citizenship rights. Additionally, provisions have been made in the Act to protect individuals lacking proper documentation, ensuring that no adverse actions can be initiated against them.

While the BJP is optimistic about the success of the roadshow, political rivals, including the Trinamool Congress, have contested the party's claims. TMC leaders argue that the saffron party only remembers certain communities and issues, such as the Matuas and the CAA, during elections.
